Is this legit?

If so, what should I look for and do?

I don't believe that they are phishing emails...I think they are from Microsoft. They all say they have detected "unusual" login activity. I login with the same devices on the same network everyday. I'm on a Mac computer with the latest OS and an iPhone with the latest iOS and an iPad with the latest iPadOS. I'm on Comcast internet wi-fi. I don't know what the variable is but nothing changes. But Microsoft's AI detects something and sends the notifications. There must be some error in the AI algorithm that detects the sign in. It sounds as if many, many people are being flagged with suspicious login activity.

Same here. I think this is spoofing... It would be a good measure of protection to log into our account and update your password and add multifactor authentication.

I usually just put things of this type into the phishing folder for all the good that actually does. But when I can to this site and saw that someone was told, or at least I thought that's what the reply said from a while back, I thought maybe I'm just too OCD about hacking and spam.
    Thanks for your reply.
