Hi,
I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.
thank you

I recently have been in contact with MS support. They asked me to reset my Apple ID password, after which the issue hasn't occurred anymore. For friends, the issue resolved itself over the past weeks as well, without changing anything. Everybody I know is no longer experiencing this issue.
I rebooted my wifi, turned off my iPhone12. This reset them both and i have gone several days now w/out having the problem. I certainly hope it does bot recur.
I have this issue both on iOS 13.6 and 14. The 13.6 device worked workout issue’s for months without an update, then the issue appeared all of a sudden. I repeat: Nothing in my phone has changed. Yet this started. I can authenticate just fine, it prompts for Authenticator just like usual, then validates the token and happily works for a day or two.
Deleting and recreating the account doesn’t help. I’ve now reset the network settings on my iPad and then entered the password. It asked For permissions to manage my device etc which i allowed. We’ll see is that made any difference. May take a day our two as usual, but i hope it would solve it. It’s affecting my work too much as it is, i soon have to move way from 365 of a solution is not found.
The problem is not related to iOS 14. My iphone is still running 13.6 while my iPad mini is on three most recent iOS 14. Both show this issue with all of my o365 business accounts that have MFA enabled. Sometimes multiple times a day, sometimes they are happy for a day or two. Never longer than that.
I’m not going to disable MFA even to test. In also not going to install outlook. If the issue cant be solved another way I well just give up my 365 accounts and moved to google. This isn’t acceptable behavior from Microsoft - and just to repeat: it is NOT Apple’s fault. My iphone worked properly for a long time on 13.6 so this was not caused by an Apple update.
