Hi,

I’ve got two outlook email accounts on my iphone and  both are constantly requiring me to re-enter my password. Its only started happening over the last 3 days and becoming increasingly annoying. I know other people that are having the same issues, so I’m not sure if its something to do with the latest IOS update. I would be grateful if anyone has any information on how to ressolve this.

thank you

I had the same issue with school or work, then I tried again and it let me log in. But I get the alert every other day to enter my password. Kind of annoying.

I can confirm it is working for me since this morning.

Till yesterday evening my iPad on 14.2 was constantly asking for my credentials. Even worse, after I deleted the outlook account I couldn't add it again. It was constantly saying that my (private) account was not a school or business account. This morning I tried again and it worked.

    What I noticed was:

yesterday while providing my credentials it was redirecting me to something link microsoftonline.com ....

this morning the domain was: https://login.live.com/

Maybe it was a routing issue. No further issues anymore.

I upgraded my ioad to 14.2 last night then reentered my password in all the accounts. I also changed my default briwser to chrome as someone had suggested that. So far today it hasnt prompted my again.

However my iphone is still on 14.1 and default browser of Safari and i akso entered passwords in that at the same time and it also has t promoted again as it had been over the last few days.

Looks like apple/mucrosift may have fixed the problem independent if version?

    Fingers crossed

Seems to have stopped so far without doing anything, haven’t had to do it this morning.  Something must have been broke server side.  All working now on both ipad and iphone but won’t hold my breath until a few days have elapsed.
