I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

yep, hacks turn on the authenticator so you can't just reset the password. Above all, FB leaves their email in the account. NICE! FB is just a bunch of fools!
No I have not been able to reach anyone competent at Facebook. I continue to receive the same email stating they cant help me because for whatever reason my TX drivers license is not an acceptable form of ID. Incredibly frustrating!!!
