I got a new phone and cant login to Facebook now. The authenticator app didnt backup and save my Facebook credentials and now I cant get the 2 factor authentication code required. How can I recover this info?

I cant get into my primary facebook account cause someone hacked into it and compromised both my email address and account. How am I able to get back into it. I can recover my account just when I log back in it sends me to this 2FA and these codes dont work at all. Is there another way to get back into my primary facebook account. Its been a few days since this happened. I miss keeping in touch with friends and family.

I have been using a facebook account with my nick name with no phone number included.
The google Facebook code generator AUTHENTICATOR APP was on my phone and round that was erased and now I can't open my Facebook account.
I can't get support because the name was different
I need your help or anyone who can help me opening my facebook account.

My facebook is not blocked and I am getting messages on my email ******@gmail.com.
