TEAMS on MAC launching fullscreen

How do I stop TEAMS from launch into full screen? It just started doing this.

    Mine just started doing this this morning.  I just looked at the version (1.4.00.4971), & saw that it auto-updated last night.  Is there a way to get rid of this last update?  This is REALLY annoying!

    EDIT:   This link worked for me, thank goodness!!  No more annoying full screen!  Thanks!

    I have 30-40 MacOS apps that I use on a daily basis, and not only is Teams the only one that does this, it only started doing this recently. This 100% is a Teams software bug.

    Echoing what others have said, I'm not particularly a fan of Teams either, but I gotta use what the client uses. It's not like I can just unilaterally switch to something else. I'm stuck with it, and it'd be nice if Microsoft actually cared about a bug that everyone's complaint about. (I have clients that use Slack also and find that platform to be much more intuitive.)

    I also encounter the issue. So it's not really going into macOS full screen mode, but the window scales to the maximum. Equal to the Window->Zoom menu feature. Very irritating.

    I don't know if it's related. But I'm running two monitors. And the second external monitor is set to contain the Dock and is where Teams is appearing.

    I'm also on a intel MacBook.

    I have updated Teams to the version 1.4.00.573 on the 13/01/2021 and it seems to have disapeared.

    Let's see . . .

    Same here. Could it be a problem on M1-Macs as I don't have this problem on my working MacBook (with Intel chip)
