Microsoft Teams JavaScript error occured in the main process error

I downloaded Microsoft Teams,then ı tried to setup but ı got this error on the first setup screen(on small white rectangle screen),then ı checked forums,

>I delete all files about Teams on the appdata,Local etc.

>I delete teams files on the regedit

>I stop running antivirus then ı tried one more time

>I always tried install last version of Teams

How can ı solve this problem??

    Hi

    I got the same issue, the OS can never be the issue as I have another computer with win7 and it runs Teams perfectly, but not on the other machine.

    As I receive the exact message

    We are also facing the same problem. We tried to find that file but there is no folder named appdata.

    Please help. This problem is also with Microsoft teams

    Teams.exe -- > Click on Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box. Click on the drop down menu arrow and select Windows XP

    I resolved my problem by this.
