$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.
I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge. I cancelled it because it no longer works.
I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.
Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.
This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

If you used paypal as your payment you can cancel automatic payments by going into your paypal account - setting - payment - manage subscription/auto payments.
They definitely are. I did, however, get a hold of Microsoft via phone 877-696-7786 and they refunded my money.
You need to know your Microsoft email that you use to log in - they can find the subscription and refund.
good luck, as it did take a while to finally actually speak to a real human.
That company is definitely a rip-off and I am amazed that Microsoft allows such companies on their shop. I have neither received help, no answer nor a refund.
So far at least they have not tried to charge for the second month.
