OUTBOUND SUBSCRIPTION

$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.

I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge.  I cancelled it because it no longer works.

I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.

Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.

This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

Did the same with PayPal - and same outcome.  I'll be sure to post an update if I have any luck!

I feel the same. Its not really about the money ($99.99) but rather the dishonesty of this terrible company. It never happened to me before! I called microsoft and they couldnt find the charge since i went thru the ifax app website. I did file a complain with them about ifax business practices but it wont get me my money back. Also i disputed the charge with Paypal and it got rejected. Both Microsoft and Paypal allow this fraudulent company to be on their platforms and they fail protect us the small most loyal customers! Disappointing and frustrating! Not sure what to do next but im running out of ideas!

Ugh! Please share if you get through to Microsoft. I have not yet found a way to email customer service about a refund (seems intentional). iFax is disreputable and dishonest, I’m disappointed that Microsoft is complicit in this fraud. I expected more from them.

I got charged the same despite cancelling the same day my free trail has ended. I tried to contact Ifax many times but very shady responses with no phone # to call. Eventually they told me to contact Microsoft since it's on their digital platform. I'll try to do it Monday and will see but so far NO refund! very frustrating!
