$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.
I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge. I cancelled it because it no longer works.
I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.
Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.
This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

I am facing the same issue. Within the Fax app, I chose "Cancel Subscription," thinking this in fact would have cancelled the subscription. Instead, I was charged $245 and $36 for this.
Same thing happened to me and they charged me $24.99 and I cancelled it but I was still charged somehow.
I reported it to Paypal and once it goes through my bank, I will report it.
It is a scam. Call your credit card company and have them open a fraud report. It is the only way you will get your money back.
This MS Outbound charged my card 7 months before I noticed it. It's an account I don't use much so I didn't monitor it. I did not order this service and didn't even know what it was until I reached someone at customer service. Informed her they fraudulently charged me $26,64 a month for 7 months and I wanted my money back. She declined. I asked her to escalate it to someone that could resolve the problem, - they wouldn't do it. Told her I would report it to the Attorney General, - didn't care.
So I disputed it with the bank and they are crediting all the charges. This is literally white collar crime with Microsoft billing people fraudulently with no intention of refunding. They will try this as often as they can until they get caught. So everyone should certainly unsubscribe so they can't debit your account. If they do after you unsubscribe MS can face criminal charges.
