$105.00 was taken from my bank account and was listed as "Outbound Subscription" from Microsoft.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS.
I tried a free fax named "IFAX" and was set up to pay a monthly charge. I cancelled it because it no longer works.
I searched for a phone number for Microsoft to question this but I don't see any number listed.
Meanwhile, I will dispute this charge with my bank, in hope that I will receive this money back.
This is not the best time to be ripped off, really need my money back.

I've had the same thing happen to me recently. I jumped into my account immediately after purchase, canceled every subscription I didn't want, yet I still ended up being charged and was forced to cancel it again.
Billed today for a Microsoft Outbound subscription I did not request. Billed up front event for 7 day free trial. Cancelled--waiting to see if I get a refund
I signed up for 1 free trial but I was charged for 2 subscriptions, one an annual subscription and the other monthly. According to the multiple reps I spoke to yesterday, one fee was for outgoing faxes and the other was for incoming. First, I signed up for one subscription. Second, I cancelled that subscription on day 7. I was disconnected 4 times when being transferred to a supervisor. When I requested a supervisor call back, I was told that would happen in 10 minutes...24 hours ago. Microsoft is responsible for this scam.
For most of the people who could find this blog (may be a small percentage of the victims), the case is quite convincing. I wonder why someone from Microsoft doesn't even bother to see and/or respond. I have the proof emails as well showing that my account does not exist, even then I am charged. And interestingly, I am charged for 1 year subscription.
Even if someone did it by mistake, and saying that he/she has no intention to use this service at all, would any reasonable service provider charge them for the whole year where there are monthly slabs available too.
Once Bill Gates is free from the vaccine commitment, he will return the money to all these victims :)
I cancelled my free fax trial on day 7. Like you, I waited for a confirmation email and never received it. Thankfully I kept the pop up window open with the screen stating that my credit card would not be charged again ( it shouldn't have been charged at all as I cancelled on the day 7). I took a screen shot of that pop up so I have that for proof of cancellation. What a scam!!! You believe you have cancelled, they send a pop up that you are cancelled but they never process the cancellation and without that screen shot of the pop up you have zero proof that you cancelled. How can Microsoft allow this?
