After searching online in vain to troubleshoot an issue for over an hour....

does anyone have a number to Microsoft help (where a human being answers?)

    unfortunately, there is no number to contact support, they have left us to the dogs.   Due to Covid CS is closed and there is onl a -recording.  I will give ou this number but it just going to direct you here.   .  513-826-9630 <Microsoft store in Cincinnati>
