After making a picture in Office Lens, and saving is to Onedrive, more and more files keep transferring, trying to upload. This is not happening all times, but I think it has to do with the internet connection at the moment of saving. Normally, the transferring time is aborted by a time-out, and you can retry to upload the (pdf) file. Most times it works, but now is stays in transfering mode and I cannot access the picture anymore. Please support me.

You can see the pic from my previous post, 11_10_...ce Lens is an abbreviation for the date I originally tried to scan the document (11/10/2019) using OfficeLens on my iPhone. I as i stated I have used the app many times since that date including today with success, it is just these scans and a few others that are stuck in this “Transferring” status - regardless of the network I am on; wifi, LTE, 5G, 2.4G, whatever ... at home, at church, at hotels, coffee shops, etc....
We are suggesting to change the network connection to isolate the issue. You can also try to upload the files to a different OneDrive account to check if the same issue happens.
Update us with the outcome so we can continue to assist you.

I have recieved an update with our internal support team. They advised that the reason for this issue is a poor connection or server timeout error. It's best to upload the file again using a different network connection or OneDrive account.
let us know how it goes, if you need further assistance, reply to this post.
