Cancel subscription of Office 365 and ask for refund.  What is the procedure ?

    I finally got the phone number and called customer service. If you do that and select 0 you will get a person to get your refund. The web sight does not help at all but talking with someone directly will. Remember don’t  select any other option go straight to 0. I hope you get your money back.

    I have cancelled my subscription to office 365. I have shut down my business due to going on disabiliy. I thought i had cancelled it before my recurring subscrition. Now that I’ve cancelled, it states I cannot get a refund.

    I finally got the phone number for customer service and just hit 0 for customer service and got a. Refund right away 1-877)696-7786 if you chose another number you will be taken right back to the web sight so just go 0
