Document Library view displays blank page

The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

we have identified a recent code change that introduced the issue and we reverted it.

    On chrome if you press f12 > console window do you see a javascript error ?

    We raised a service request about this problem yesterday. We were told they wanted to "wait a few days" to see if a service health incident appeared for the issue and would not investigate until then. This is frustrating.

    I also got a notification of a message from you on this thread that an incident SP200130 had been posted to SHD, but it doesn't appear on my SHD, and I also can't see your message anymore.

    Hi All,

    We have collected a service request number and checked the case status, the related support team is analyzing the issue. We will also keep monitoring the case and post back any updates.

    In the meantime, some display issues may only affect modern experience but not classic, if you still can see "Return to classic SharePoint" button on the left bottom of the page, please click it to switch to classic and see whether there's a different result. If this can show document library, at least we can find a workaround before the final fix released.
