The document library view for a specific site (/sitename/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx) shows the document library briefly, and then changes to a blank white page. It doesn't happen to all users. It does happen to one of the site owners. The user with this problem is using Chrome, but so are the users who are not experiencing this problem. What could be causing this?

No extensions in my Chrome at least and pretty sure the clients don't have uBlock either but would have to verify that. Only non-Google extension I have is McAfee WebAdvisor.
Thanks for checking. I was incorrect uBlock Origin was not the issue. We are continuing to get reports of the problem.
Hi,
We also got this problem. Started to get issues around 18th of December, and now a lot of ppl are getting this error, about 50+ and rising fast.
We have found out that when the filter or details pane is NOT activated, the error don't apear.
Also disabling cache while Chrome DevTool (F12) is open helped.
Also got this on FireFox.
We have the same problem, affecting at least 10 users, mainly Chrome users but one on Edge. When they go to a site document library they see the contents for 1 second before the screen goes blank. Wiping cache works for a few hours then the problem returns.
Thanks for this comment, Paul--good to know it isn't just me! If it happens again, it's good to know that perhaps clearing the cached data will help.

We have the exact same issue. The cause was the uBlock Origin extension in Chrome. Once we whitelisted our SPO sub-domain within uBlock Origin, the issue when away. Clearing the cache was not necessary to fix.
Can you verify that you are using uBlock Origin in Chrome?
I'm not using this extension.
