Not Able to Post Videos to my Sway documents

I've been updating videos for a number of my existing Sway documents and since 1/21, I've been unable to add new videos. 

Getting the error "There's a problem and the video couldn't be added to your Sway. Try again."

I've tried with different Sway documents, on my home office WiFi as well as my office Wifi.

Logged out and back in, re-started my computer.

Is there any way to fix?  

I've seen past issues (2018) in this question feed and the fix has been wait for 24 hours, which I have.

Anyone else having the same issue recently? And is there any fix?

    Problem still exists irrespective of file size or type.  Really frustrating.

    Hi,

    I am also having issues with this today. I have been uploading mp4 files until end of day yesterday without a problem, and also copying video cards and pasting across different Sways.

    Today I am not able to upload any videos or paste in existing video cards.

    Just get the message:

    "There was a problem, and the video could not be added to your Sway. Try again."

    Any help in fixing this would be much appreciated.

    Hi Jason,

    Yes, this is repro with a 2MB video file.

    I am selecting the video via upload from local.  I was able to upload successfully yesterday using this approach.

    When I select upload from OneDrive source, when i navigate to that folder, it says "Sorry, we couldn’t find anything that you can add to Sway.", but there are .mp4 files inside that folder.

    Hi Jason, 

    same issue here, literally something must have happened over night, last night it was all good, now today, uploading an MP4 to Sway, nup, nothing, not working. 

    Any advice?
