- You cannot sign into your account in the Teams desktop client, Teams web APP as well as the Teams APP of your iPhone.
- Your colleague's account can successfully log in to Teams on your computer and mobile phone.
In this situation, please kindly try to removing stored user credentials in the Credential Manager via using Control Panel to check this issue.
If the issue persists, try to clear the Teams caches: exit Teams completely, go to***%appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Cache*** and delete all the files. Then go to %appdata%\Microsoft\teams\Application Cache\Cache, delete all the files. Re-open Teams to see if you can sign in successfully.
Similarly, if you still cannot sign into your account in the Teams web app after clear the Windows credentials, it is recommended to clear the browser's caches and cookies and try again.
