I purchased Office Professional Plus 2019. How do I download an ISO? Give me a link.

I purchased my Office 2019 via HUP with my employer - and have installed it with the product key, yet my system is still running office 365 instead of the new Office 2019. Office 2019 is listed in my programs as being installed. My programs still open in Office 365. How do I activate Office 2019? Opening my office programs opens the old 365 - not the new 2019 with the screen asking me to sign-in, etc. 

I have done this with numerous office versions over the years and have never encountered any issues before.  Why the problem now and how do I get the Office 2019 to operate?

I paid for Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus (Windows) from Facebook posting and tried to download it. However, I apparently need a Key Code. What is the Key Code so I can use it to download? I did get a confirmation with download instructions, but having trouble doing it without Key Code.
