How do I stay signed in?

You do not get the right to proclaim that something is an old post, especially not when the issue has not been resolved for literally THIS LONG. If it's an ongoing issue up to this point that now includes me at today's date and has not been solved yet, then yes we reserve the right to use this post to air our very vivid objections to this arrangement.

Now that all 100% of your suggestions, Neha, has failed to help us in any capacity, it is now your job to turn around and head to Microsoft to tell them to solve this issue from their end because it is very clear that none of this has been resolved *at all* from our end. After all, it is your job as a Microsoft agent to resolve this in any way possible including holding Microsoft accountable.

Now, please fix this log in issue that all of us are having and for heavens sake, stop suggesting the same suggestions expecting different results, alright?

This is BS. MS and its minions repeatedly prove "solutions" that make no sense. What the heck is an "Office 365 Portal"?! Why did MS screw with something that works? Excel and Word didn't use to require signing in every time they were opened, but they do now. WHY?!

I've had it with MS and have canceled Office 365.

HOW MANY TIMES DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO CHECK THE BOX "no" BEFORE MICROSOFT ACTUALLY RESPECTS THE FACT NOT ALL OF US WANT TO STAY SIGNED IN?

HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO CHECK THE BOX "DON'T SHOW THIS AGAIN" BEFORE MICROSOFT STOPS SHOWING IT?  I've been shown the option for MONTHS and keep checking "NO" I don't want to stay signed in as well as "DON'T SHOW THIS AGAIN' but it just keeps showing it.  SO ANNOYING. AND WHATS WORSE IS THE EMAIL TELLING ME HOW TO STAY SIGNED IN.  DON'T YOU EVEN READ OUR EMAILS?  I DON'T WANT TO STAY SIGNED IN.   I CHECK NO.  I DON'T WANT TO STAY SIGNED IN, DON'T SHOW THIS AGAIN, DON'T SHOW THIS AGAIN, DON'T SHOW THIS AGAIN, WE KEEP ASKING YOU TO STOP.  STOP SHOWING, STOP ASKING STOP.  NO WONDER EVERYONE SAYS 'NO ONE USES HOTMAIL ANYMORE'.

You're right about that. This logging on every time I switch applications is just about the last straw. MS answers never solve a problem, but only tell the user what would have happened (theoretically) if they had only known the secret code. If not, rebuild your machine (for the third or fourth time in a week) or buy a new machine. It's unforgivable. Since the June and July updates, I don't recognize Windows as the same operating system or Office 365 apps as useful tools. Automatic autosave? OneDrive? Won't stay installed and now has somehow duplicated itself. Office apps files won't sync, anyway. Give me a break. I started on DOS in 1983 and was a pretty happy camper up through the OS tree (including Solaris on a Sparc Station for seven years), but the current level of intrusiveness exhibited in Microsoft products, major (all but) undocumented features rolled out in midnight updates on a weekly basis, stuff that clearly doesn't work (authenticator, anyone?) and assumptions of shared common expertise that only newly minted network admins could possibly posses are driving us away in droves. Nothing survives forever, not even Microsoft's lock on the market.

Off topic? You'll say it is, but it really isn't. It's all part of the same problem. Microsoft, can you hear us?

Where do you sign in? Please make sure you go to Office 365 portal, enter your username and password and once you’ve enter your credentials, you’ll see the following prompt, click Yes.

If you do not see above message, you might have checked “Don’t show this again” box in the past. To resolve this, I’ll suggest you delete browser cache or try a different browser.

Clearing the cache helped to bring up the "stay signed in" screen, which I clicked "Yes," but I'm still getting logged out of Outlook every couple of hours. Also, the "Stay in signed in" screen isn't showing up anymore (I did not click the "don't show again" button).
