Good day all,
I have an Acer Aspire ES 15 running 64bit Windows 10 and Office 2010 Professional.
I've just built this machine from new and the only application or situation where 2 fingered scrolling on the touchpad doesn't work is Excel 2010.
Following some online advice I ran a fix which didn't fix it.
I also uninstalled Office 2010. That's when I found out Office 365 was pre-installed. I uninstalled that as well. I have now performed a fresh install of Office 2010 and still have the same problem with Excel 2010 only.
Btw, this is happening for all excel files whether they have freeze panes or not.
Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated.

Good day,
I'm wondering how patient we are all supposed to be. I opened up this query at the end of last year (2 months ago).
Myself and the others here have provided you with lots of information, such that you must now know which update caused the problem and what was changed in that update.
Unless I've missed a response, you have been silent for a long time and meanwhile, the problem makes my day to day use of excel quite tiresome and I imagine many others are feeling the same.
Is there any chance of providing us with a time scale, a work around or something else. MS has broken our ability to use one of it's products properly, so what are you doing about it?
Kind regards,
Emile
I have the same problem that touchpad scroll not working in excel.
