Good day all,
I have an Acer Aspire ES 15 running 64bit Windows 10 and Office 2010 Professional.
I've just built this machine from new and the only application or situation where 2 fingered scrolling on the touchpad doesn't work is Excel 2010.
Following some online advice I ran a fix which didn't fix it.
I also uninstalled Office 2010. That's when I found out Office 365 was pre-installed. I uninstalled that as well. I have now performed a fresh install of Office 2010 and still have the same problem with Excel 2010 only.
Btw, this is happening for all excel files whether they have freeze panes or not.
Any thoughts or help would be much appreciated.

Hello,
If this can help, there is a similar issue with OneNOte 2013, look: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_onenote-mso_win10-mso_2013_release/two-finger-touchpad-scrolling-doesnt-work-on/81b00842-ea17-409e-a43a-8dccc5a71811
Scrolling with two fingers on the touchpad on my XPS13 has stopped working only in onenote 2013. Scrolling with the touchpad still works in all my other apps (also in OneNote App), including the browser and other office apps (excel, word, powerpoint, Outlook).
Thanks for helping.

I have a brand new Samsung 740U and have installed my MS Office 2010 and I have the same problem.
2 finger scroll works in every application except Excel 2010.
I would appreciate a resolution to this issue for my licensed software.
thank you
