Migration to Office 365 Failed - CommunicationErrorTransientException at 95%

Hello

I am working with a client to the point where they can move their mailboxes to Office 365 themselves.   I am having some issues - the synch works fine but when it comes to finalising i keep getting this error over and over again

My set up is 1 Exchange 2010 server.

    Hi Martin,

    The answer is no. Office 365 cloud will not take place of your CAS server. If you use hybrid environment, autodiscover record is pointed to an on-premise Exchange CAS server. Many connections still work via CAS.

    If the Exchange hybrid edition is used will this take the place of my CAS server?  For example will the remote copy connect to the hybrid server instead of the 2010 server?  I understand the hybrid edition cannot be used to store mailboxes

    Hi Martin,

    For Exchange hybrid environment, an addition to hybrid move migration mentioned above, we can also use PST migration as a workaround: Exporting mailbox items as.PST files, and then import to Office 365 mailbox.

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for the reply.  Is there any other way I could possibly migrate the data?  Also, is there a hybrid key you can get for Exchange 2013 while you migrate?

    I guess we are running out of ideas.
