Migration to Office 365 Failed - CommunicationErrorTransientException at 95%

Hello

I am working with a client to the point where they can move their mailboxes to Office 365 themselves.   I am having some issues - the synch works fine but when it comes to finalising i keep getting this error over and over again

My set up is 1 Exchange 2010 server.

    i have sent through the Outlook Anywhere test results to you

    I have a third party wildcard certificate on the server

    When you say HCW do you mean the Hybrid Config Wizard you run at the start on the Exchange server?

    Thanks for the updates.

    Can you please do the Outlook Anywhere test for your Exchange server, after the test finishes, please click Expand all and send us the complete results through private message. Here is the link:

    Please re-run the HCW in your Exchange server and to see if there are any errors.

    Meanwhile, please tell us what certificate in your Exchange server, the self-signed certificate or the third-party certificate.
