When I try to activate Office after I upgraded to Windows 10 I receive this error: We are sorry ,something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. please try again later (0X8004FC12). How can I get past this?

    A huge thank you from Australia, after sitting here for 6 hours today, ongoing for the last 4 days with Microsoft Nonhelpful the no 3 worked **Add Net Local Group.**Cheers

    sorry , I did every instructions that you given to solve login problem , but it didn't sign , it still give me that error. ,

    can I use my Microsoft product ID to active my office?

    Fantastic! Had this issue for a week before I found this post. Step 3 solved this issue for me.

    Be aware though that the group name (Administrators) might be localized for you. For Danish I switched it to Administratorer.
