I recently upgraded to Office 2016 Preview from Office 2013. I had several POP / IMAP and Exchange accounts that all worked fine prior to the upgrade. After the upgrade the POP / IMAP accounts work fine but non of the Exchange accounts work. I got the following message "Outlook cannot log on. Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name. The Microsoft Exchange information service in your profile is missing required information. Modify your profile to ensure that you are using the correct Microsoft Exchange information service" Ok, so deleted the account and tried to set it up again however, under "Add Account" there is no longer an option to set up an Exchange account. There are only two options: 1) Outlook.com or Exchange ActiveSync compatible service or 2) POP or IMAP. The Microsoft Exchange Server or compatible service option is missing?

I don't understand why MS will break a feature of a product that is still in its 'supported' status. (i.e. Exchange 2010)
I am using Office 365 Home subscription while my company stick with Exchange 2010. So I am not able to use Outlook 2016 to access my company's Exchange if the admin refuse to add autodiscover?
Office365 should be properly configured, - go to https://portal.office.com/admin/default.aspx#DomainManagerPageLayout - select the domain then click the Find and Fix issues link to the right of the domain name. Does it report any errors?

I am in a different situation: I own a single Office 365 Small Business subscription and right now, I am the only user -- and the Admin-- for the Exchange account that comes with it. How do I configure the account for Autodiscover? Do I do that in Outlook 2013 or do I do that on my Office 365 configuration pages?

how is the procedure to publish autodiscover records.
I have checked DNS on my domain and CNAME autodiscover seems ok and the check made by the utilities in 365administration say that domain is setup correctly.
