Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Thanks for your reply Doug. I don't have the problem notification so there was no fix button. More will be revealed...

I installed Office 2016 as an upgrade to 2013. Put the color scheme on grey (because annoyingly the awesome Black went away sometime in the preview.)
Now I have a weird issue where every time I close all of the 2016 applications and then reopen one of the applications, the theme has changed from grey to colorful. This applies to reboots or just closing them all and then later opening one back up. Oddly as well today (10/5/2015) I walked away from the computer to talk to a co-worker in the next office. When I came back, it was on colorful again. However that is the only time it has changed itself while open.
It seems to work correctly when it is set to Grey. So for instance, say I open Outlook and change the theme to Grey. When I open Word or Excel, they are also Grey as they should be.
So I'm just throwing that out there as a potential bug

I just spoke with MS Tech Support. They had me go to the File, account screen, where there was a "problem with your account" notification. I clicked "fix" there, entered my password. Then I totally signed out of Office 365 and signed back in. That seems to have resolved the issue. Time will tell.
Dear MS - Color coordinating applications to be easily and instantly recognizable in a pleasant color scheme is a great service to you users and helps them to be more productive... PLEASE FIX IT!
Add me to the list of people seeing this. It is INCREDIBLY annoying, since I have a hard time visually with the colorful theme. Really hoping MS can fix it!
Office 365 Business version 1705 (Build 8201-2102 Click-to-Run)
Windows 10 Pro version 1703, OS Build 15063-413
Agonizingly slow response to this from MS? It only happens on some computers so it is computer specific for sure. My home computer (Win 10 Home Edition) has the problem. My office computer (Windows 10 Pro) is fine.
Every time I open Outlook or close it and open a different profile (I have 3) it changes back to that Blue and white theme. Can it really be that complicated to fix this? Seems like it must be something MS changed in a recent update.
