We are aware of this problem and will release a fix in an upcoming update. Here are 2 workarounds that have been successful for other Community members. In Win 10, Right-click on the Start button and choose Run type %userprofile% into the Run box and click OK to open your local profile folder Double-click the OneDrive folder When you get prompted to allow access, click to allow access. OR In Win 10, Right-click on the Start button and choose Command Prompt (Admin) Click Yes to the User Account Control prompt In the command prompt, type the following command: cd %userprofile% press Enter on your keyboard 4. In the command prompt, type the following command: cd OneDrive press Enter on your keyboard 5. In the command prompt, type the following command: icacls %userprofile%\OneDrive /inheritance:e (where %userprofile%\OneDrive is the location of the folder you want to fix) press Enter on your keyboard If these methods do not work, OneDrive files can still be accessed from different locations, including phone, tablet and online. Any single file from the OneDrive folder can be copied and pasted onto the desktop and opened from there.

I opened all APPS but there is no Excel there I still need help

I can save 2 Excel documents to Onedrive or any other location on the (new, fast Asus) laptop before Excel crashes. Would it help if I got rid of Office 365 and installed Office on the laptop? Hope someone can advise. I'm a small therapist with no budget for an own ICT-specialist. I only need Word and Excel. Do I really need to switch to Libreoffice??? Jaquelina
