You really should post this as a new question rather than "me-tooing" on a long running existing question.
Is there an upgrade to Windows 10 included in this problem?
Exactly which Office 2013 and 2016 bundles are you talking about?
Go to the Control panel > Programs and Features. Check to see if you really do have more than one version of Office installed. If you have 2016 and 2013 install, you will have to uninstall the 2013 and then you MUST do an Office Repair of the remaining 2016.
