can't print envelopes in Word 2016

Window 10 and Office Word 2016, with a HP P2035 laser printer.  Everything  worked fine until I installed Office 2016.  Now #10 envelopes will not print in the proper position on the envelop regardless of how I change the settings in Word.  The printer driver is up to date.

Printing normal documents works fine.

I have done a "repair" on Office several times.   Word still have the "working in the background" flashing cursor, which will not go away.

    Agreed--and the problem reported by ER and WI with Windows 10 is definitely present exactly as described by them in my Windows 7/Word 2016 combination. MS should be embarrassed by this and get it fixed. Envelope printing is a fundamental use of word processing.

    I have experienced this issue since installation of a new Windows 10 computer and installing Office 2016, Home & Business.  After lots of experimentation, my conclusion is that the Envelope Printing App/Bot no longer supports this functionality.  All attempts to change the envelope size have absolutely no impact on my results.  In my case, the return address prints correctly but the text of the addressee block is far to the left of and slightly above the "correct" position. This reminds me of the removal of the postal bar code print option several versions ago.  They giveth and they taketh away!  This is clearly not a printer driver problem!  Or a user problem!

    I am using a Brother MFC-7840W and just began using Office 2016, and cannot print my #10 envelopes anymore.  I printed them for years on prior MS Word versions.  I am still using Windows 7.

    On my Canon MF4350D, the problem manifests itself by offsetting the address by an inch or more. The return address is offset so that only a character at the end of the longest line - my address - shows. If my street address is 311 East 222 St. #1, all that shows is the #1. My name, city, state and zip are not printed. The mailing address is similarly offset and not centered on the envelope.

    When you say change the setting in Word, is that under Mailings>Envelopes>Options>Printing Options?

    In what way is the address not in the proper position?
