So, even though I had followed the instructions to install Office 2016 from Office 365 home, it was not successful even after 5 tries, restarting, uninstalling, restarting...my biggest issue is Visio 2013. I purchased it as I need it! But why can't I find any way to just upgrade Visio from 2013 to 2016? There is no instruction! I do not want to buy the new Visio 2016 when I only purchased Visio 2013 a few months ago. Please help!!!

i have contacted Microsoft, and got new keys for Visio 2016 and Projeckt 2016 without any problems and costs.

I'm mildly miffed I can't install my nice shiny Visio 2013 because Ofis 365 2016 exists.
I see a lot of people having the same fun and eventually getting their upgrade too.
However, at the bottom of the page about that:
It says:
This offer is valid in any country or region worldwide, excluding Japan.
I feel slighted just because I live here. I don't need a Japanese version, indeed I don't want one, as long as the IME works I'm good.
I also see lots of "contact the answer desk" which invariably results in an error.

I have the same issue after upgrading to Office 2016 from Office 2013. Both Project 2013 and Visio 2013 were removed by the install process. I contacted the account and billing department and was informed that they would have the service department send me two links within 24 hours to two separate email address. I did get the link for Project 2016 and was able to install the application. As of today I have not received the link for Visio 2016. Who can I contact?
Hi, I also just installed office 2016, and found that my Visio 2013 will not install now. It says i cannot have 2 different versions of office on my computer. Please help.
