I am getting the error, “Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. 30088-4” when trying to install Office 2013. What should I do?

Hi Naman,

If you receive this error:

“Something went wrong. Sorry, we ran into a problem. Go online for additional help. Error Code 30088-4”

Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

    I dislike windows 8 more than ever. I get error codes. cannot download office, nothing works. they better not take my money. I am buying a mac.
