Use this article to remove Office and then try installing it again.

I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I purchased Office 2013 through the company I was working for and they sent me a backup disk. I do not have the key# which is on the disk but when I try to load the disk I am receiving Error messages and have about 4 different error messages at this point. My file for Office 3013 is empty since I tried to reinstall with my non working disk. Can anyone help me out there?
