Someone please help. I received an email stating that I needed to install an update for Office 365. I clicked on the link and the install began, only to end with an error message (2-4) saying that a file was needed, which couldn't be found, and this wiped out my original install. Now email, Word, and all other Office 365 programs are TOTALLY UNAVAILABLE AND HAVE DISAPPEARED What now? Thanks a million. Meredith
Absolutely the same problem, with me as well, please help provide a clear fix, if someone has a solution, as all programs now have disappeared, am in the midst of a project and have to deal with this stupid problem..! Thanks, Puneet
