how can I retrieve a product key for Office 365 that was lost

How was Office 365 purchased and from where?

Which Office 365 product did you purchase?

Did you register for Office 365 suite using the product key for the first time?

Are you installing Office 365 for the first time?

If not, a Product Key is only needed to set up your Microsoft account for the first time. Once you’ve set up a Microsoft account, you can install or reinstall Office at any time by visiting office.com/myaccount and signing in with your Microsoft account.

    Louis:

    there does not appear to be anything in the information you provided that MS will use to give you a key. You could try going back to the store, but I doubt that they will do anything for you. But you may get lucky and find a store manager who will replace it in the name of "customer relations".

    Your situation is roughly equivalent to someone who went to a bank and withdrew a $100 bill then lost it.  Do you think the bank will replace it ...? Not likely.

    I purchased Office Professional Plus 2016 on 02 November 2015 and have bought a new laptop.  I'm trying to install it on my laptop but its states that :The HUP program code associated with this program has expired.  The install link and product are no longer accessible.  This is an error because I paid for the program and wish to install it on my new laptop.  Can anyone assist me please.

    I bought a new office 365 Home V2 on 08/18/2017. from Staples store located at South Street West Raynham, MA 02768 Tel # 508-824-0500    Serial Number: 8898420848566GQ006488375459949. I did not have a chance to install it. How could I retrieve the product key ?

    I bought The office 365 Home V2  number  889842084856 at the staples store, on Raynham, MA. 02766 . I lost it the same day. I didn't have a chance to even register it. But I still have the receipt with the serial number. I bought it on August 18/2017.  It says sale # 188588 7 002 94909 0259

    Rewards Number 5321611476   Serial Number: 8898420848566GQ006488375459949.  How could I retrieve the product key.
