I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

    Did this ever get an answer? Not sure if I am more upset at the lack of information on the error when failing to download Office 2013 or the fact that I am sent to this page and I have to search all over for an answer... MICROSOFT step it up!

    THERE IS NO **** ERROR MESSAGE!! It just says Something went wrong and click on the link that goes to this webpage. QUIT posting your canned corporate response!!!!!!!

    I am having the same problem.  I continue to get a Something went wrong error.  I've even uninstalled the older version of Office that was on the computer when I bought it.  I just want the program I paid for installed or I want my money back. 

    I need a real person to contact me to assist with either getting the program installed, or to assist in getting my money back.
