I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    I have had terrible troubles installing Office in Windows 7 -I tried all these suggestions and it didn't help.

    I uninstalled the Office 2013 attempting to get Visio and PowerPoint installed.  Now, I'm getting a message that I can't install Office 2013 due to some problem and check online.  I'm back to ground zero with no Microsoft products.  Help needed immediately.
