Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    yO I GOT THE SOLUTION OMG I NEEDED TO DO MY PROJECT WORTH SO MUCH OF MY MARK AND BOUGHT OFFICE TODAY SO I CAN START ON IT BUT OFFICE PISSED ME OFF SO MUCH WHEN IT WON"T LET ME DOWNLOAD AND KEEP POPPING UP "SOMETHING WENT WRONG. TRY AGAIN LATER" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.. HERE'S HOW I SOLVED IT: you know the FIX IT downloader?? download that.. let that do its job for you. then try downloading office again. it worked for me. that's the only things that worked for me... omg finally.
