Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

I'm trying to activate my free trial of Office 2013 Professional for Windows 8, but when I click through the activation link provided in Word and confirm both of my e-mail addresses (the address I used to download the product and the Microsoft Live address that is associated with my account), the next screen only shows Office 365, not Office 2013.  I do not have Office 365 installed on my computer. If I don't activate, Word says that it will lose most functionality. I thought the free trial was for 30 days, not for 5 days?

What is the problem, and how to I solve it? Thank you.

same here, no Error-Code or anything like this. It's just telling me "something went wrong" o.O

I bought Microsoft 2010 (which is working) but I just bought it because of the offer to update it when Office 2013 is released. Unfortunately the installation doesn't work... :-|
