I’m having problems installing Office, how do I fix this?

Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

    Since I had also purchased a new Dell computer, I called Dell support and now my Office 2013 appears to be working quite well.

    I managed to install it after several hours, but Outlook does not work.   Office 2010 was great, 2013 is buggy and full of problems.

    POOP, just bought it and having the same problems as everyone else.

    Anybody have a clue how to get it up and running?
