Do you know the exact error you’re getting?

Depending on the error or the problem, there are different steps you can take and there are Microsoft articles that can help. For example:

If you get an error that contains “integratedoffice.exe”, look at this article: Fix integratedoffice.exe install errors in Office 2013 or Office 365.

If the installation is hanging at different percentages, look at this article: Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365 hangs during setup.

If the download is very slow, look at this article: Downloading Office 2013 is slow.

There’s also an article that provides general troubleshooting steps for Office setup: General troubleshooting for installing Office 2013 and Office 365 .

You can also go to this page on Microsoft Support to find more Office 2013 install articles. Or, this page for Office 365 Home Premium articles.

If you’d rather contact support, look at this page for Office 2013 support options, and this page for Office 365 Home Premium support options.

Just went through all this myself... same message..Something went wrong...

Make sure all your firewall programs are OFF, pop up blockers are OFF, & ANY virus protection is OFF.

After I did all of this my programs installed just fine & didn't take but a few minutes!

    Good luck! :)

I also LOST all my Office 2013 Professional Plus...TWICE.  Both times I have had techs on putting it back, but a day or two later and poof...it's completely gone.  No trace anywhere.  It's gone again tonight and I was #60 in the queue, so I'll call again tomorrow.  I have things to do that aren't getting done because of this!

it keeps telling me "something went wrong"

in Windows 7, nothing is working and I have tried everything on this forum, read everything

it is for Professional Plus 2013

I believe I have wasted my money in buying this product

    I'm in the same boat......

I purchased Office Professional Plus 2013 this morning (08:30am) and i'm still sitting here (22:11pm) running round in circles trying to find a fix to a product that doesn't work.  Why do MS launch products that are either not ready or don't work for months.

MS....... sort this out.  I run a small business which I need a computer for and access to the programs I have paid for.  Why don't you (Microsoft) contact the customers, or create a fix that works, rather than the customers have to run round after your arses for a half baked product...... or better still, get it right before you launch it and mess with everyones lives.

I've uninstalled, re-installed, quick repaired, online repaired over and over again.  I've followed advice on one forum then followed advice on another forum and it still won't open any of the programs.  On top of that it keeps shutting down my laptop and I can't get any work done.

To be honest....... Im JUST F****** PIG SICK

Either help me MS or take the product, burn it, and give me my money back.  It's not worth the stress.

    Hi Peoples!!!!!

I've just been on to the live chat system on-line (i think they call it the premium microsoft help desk) and it was the best thing I could have done.  As long as you purchased the full version within the last 90 days, they will fix it on-line for free.

Ignore the whole "we are going to charge you before telling you what's wrong" scenario.  If you are in the 90 days they'll sort it.

I got a guy called James V.....and I tell you this; one of the nicest, cleverest blokes i've ever had the pleasure to talk to.  It took an hour and a half but he sorted it, keeping you up to date with every step he did.  If they ask if they can access your computer remotely... let them.  And if you don't trust them to do it, ask for James V.

I'm up and running now and I wish i'd done it sooner.

Now to find out how good this really is.......

    Thanks again James V
