how do I cancel my office subscription?

I need to cancel my subscription to Office in order to get my Microsoft account erased

How do I do that?.. Thank you

Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community and thanks for providing us an opportunity to assist you.

Cancelling the Office 365 subscription will not erase or close the Microsoft Account.

However to cancel the subscription you may sign into the My Account page on Office.com with the Microsoft account you used to register or purchase.

    I signed up for office 1st may for 1 month trial as I needed urgent documents sent through it, which I have to add never came through, then without any notification and me checking my bank statements £79 was taken from me, I was not notified that this would happen only a emailed receipt, I have just spent 3hours navigating my way through different departments to cancel my subscription, which I can only hope I have done, noticing now that I have a full year till the 4th June 2019, that I can NOT use,

     I have emailed loads of departments and can only hope a human being out there can read my problem and answer my questions.

    I know its a long shot but I do hope I get a refund for all my morning efforts.

    is there anyone else out there who can give me help and advice.

    Hi guys, You have just billed me for Office which I don't use. I cancelled last month, so please cancel Office and arrange a refund.
