What happened to Pivot Table view in Access 2013?

Thanks for that but what about Acccess? Why did you take PivotTables out of that? Pivot Tables are the perfect compliment to a database. I built many systems that used them then <pop> they're gone!

I’m happy to announce that your input has had another direct impact on the product. In this case, a decision has been made to have PowerPivot be available in all Windows editions (“SKUs”) of Excel! This means the Business, Home, Standard, etc.. all of these will have PowerPivot. As your comments have indicated, PowerPivot has moved from targeting a specialized audience to generally useful capability for working with data in spreadsheets. As such, it makes sense to make this as broadly available as possible.

We have started rolling this change out with the April Current Channel updates (Builds 9330 and beyond). I’m also happy to announce that these SKU changes will be reflected on the upcoming 2019 version as well.

Right. I explainned wrong. What I wanted to say is that you can design an access application that works without Office (using Access Runtime), but if you designed it to use a table or a graphical graph, you need to use Excel and therefore you need Microsoft Office to do so. It has lost a great tool of data exploitation through Access, and has been derived to another tool that forces the user to have Excel to be able to do the same as before. This is sometimes difficult to explain to the end customer of a development.

We can design at access application without office (by access runtime), however if you has incorporated any pivot table or pivot graphics in access, you'll need use excel to can exploted it. That's is a big contradition to development.

Is possible than microsoft look any way to users use Office? Unless i can't understand this change.

No you can't design an Access app without Office, The runtime only allows you to USE an Access app, not design one.
