Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    Yes, you should click on Yes.  The File tab of the ribbon is the first one and it has a blue background.

    what should i do next after the message" you are holding down the control key, do you want to start Word in Safe Mode"? should I click yes or no? and where is the file menu?

    Here, with Word 2013 on a Computer running Windows 8, if I hold down the Ctrl key and start Word, I am presented with a message "Your are holding down the Control Key, do you want to start Word in Safe Mode.  Make sure that you press the Ctrl key before starting Word and keep it held down .
