I purchased office some time ago and my account does not show it. It was an educational discount I believe although I cannot confirm this. Assistance ass I am getting from my other software apps would be appreciated

How do I get my product key if I don't have it any more

My recently I purchased Microsoft office and downloaded and installed it on my computer. Then my computer crashed, I had to reset it, and thus I lost all of my microsoft office products. Is there anyway for me to get them back or do I need to buy them again?
