Download the MergeTools – 20120609 Add-in that I created from the following page of my Windows Live SkyDrive:

https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=5aedcb43615e886b#cid=5AEDCB43615E886B&id=5AEDCB43615E886B%21111

and also the Mail Merging with Charts document that is also on that page.  That document explains how you must set up the Excel Data Source and the Mail Merge Main document to be able to execute a merge with a Chart that is unique to each record in the data source.

This appears to be a file access issue. IT have been able to down load the files for me but we don't seem to be able to activate the add-in. We have saved the file suggested and can see there are macros in this.

I think I found the add ins now thanks

    Hi

This looks to be a very useful tool and seems to answer the question I googled, however, neither of the links to the skydrive seem to be functioning.

Is there a problem with these?

Many thanks for any help / advice.

    Lisa

In that the first two paragraphs of your post are identical to the email I received on Friday I assume that you are David Yu. I responded to the email with attachments that were created by using the Merge with Charts utility on the document and data source that you sent to me.

If you did not receive my email, send me another email.
