Error message: Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc. How can I correct?

This error shows up when I try to open certain Word documents using the .doc extension.

    Thanks for your suggestion.  Unfortunately I do not have Microsoft Office Publisher.

    The best way around this is to go back to your word document then right click and select open with and click choose program then select Microsoft Office Publisher and hopefully your word document should open up. Hope this helps :)
