In March or April 2010, I purchased Office Home and Student 2010, online. I have the product key. I do not have a CD.
In October, the hard drive on the computer containing the software failed. Now, with a new hard drive installed, I need to re-download the software. I have searched the site extensively and have not found information about how to do this.
Please provide detailed information about how to download the software. Answers to an earlier question included a URL to a site for the trial version of software. When I clicked on the link, however, I was redirected to a page for purchasing full versions of the software.
Please help. Thank you.

I'm trying to download and get a message on the downloads:
Microsoftinstaller.exe
Failed microsoft.com
after about 30 min of download. I suppose obviously, the install of the file doesn't work either.
I 've had to reinstall my windows 7 and therefore the software had been deleted hence downloading with key. does the fact that i am now in a different company (france) than when i sinstalled/bought (uk) have anything to do with it?

Hi if you have the product key jus click in this link and https://products.office.com/en-gb/buy/using-your-office-2010-product-key-card and click in down load and insert your product key. Finaly download and start using it. :)
