Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to copy a page from one 2007 publisher document (with all the txt boxes, pictures and formatting) and add that page into another 2007 publisher document?

Thanks to all who reply,

Ismael

There should be an import a puplisher page or a complete publisher file or even a merge one file with another. Taking a few seconds

    This program sucks

    as ease of use

Wow, what an entirely unsatisfying answer!

Why doesn't publisher 2010 allow you to just copy an entire page or several pages or better yet, import the pages from another document the same way that you can import slides from one powerpoint to another. The idea that you have to create new pages and then copy each of the elements (and I know you can copy them all at once) and then paste them sound incredibly inefficient and unelegant, especially if what you're saying is that doing so won't transfer the photos.

It does allow you to copy and paste an entire page. If you Select All or Ctrl + A and then Group all those elements together before you copy, then everything on the page, pictures etc will copied at once. You can then paste the whole page, move it around as needed and ungroup it.

I have a hard time relating to the poster that complained about having to do this 20 times for 20 pages. The whole process takes probably less than 15 seconds for each page. That poster could have completed the job far faster than it took to post his complaint in this forum.

Hi - i've spent hours and hours yesterday and today trying to copy pages one at a time from a Publisher 2003 file to a Publisher 2010 file - updating a presentation by (trying to) pulling a couple of 2003 pages into my 2010 file - side by side screens

    • and nothing works - nothing, nothing works - no instructions online - please advise as soon as possible...   :-)

If the file is text, in 2007 or 2003, insert, text file. In 2010 on the Insert tab, Insert file. Publisher will automatically create text boxes and pages. The pictures will not come across using this method.

If your publication is 2007 there is a registry method here:

I have a merge method on my web site, not for the faint of heart.
