how to get free Microsoft Office Picture Manager software download

Thank You So Much ! :) . . . My computer downloaded Windows 10 automatically while I was in my workshop and away from my computer desk the end of July (2016) . . . I like Windows 10, but I did not want it on this computer . . . ever ! . . . I spent a lot of time adding programs and files and everything was perfect for my work and entertainment . . . 

All seemed well, for several weeks, all of my old Windows 7 Ultimate Programs, Apps, work files, movies, etc were still on my computer and I did my best to ignore the things that annoy me about Windows 10 . . . 

Then one day :( . . . . . 

Windows 7 Ultimate along with all my old programs and Apps were GONE . . . wiped away by a Windows 10 update :( everything I spent so many hours adapting to my personal and professional needs . . . Even the original Windows 7 Home Premium installation on a separate partition was deleted from the hard drive . . . still not really sure what happened, but I am certain Windows 10 is not compatible with my computer . . . It in fact has possibly damaged my laptop permanently :( . . . 

My biggest loss was the Microsoft Office Picture Manager . . . I use it in my work every day and I was unable to find anything that could replace the simple design of this program . . . The 4 axis - 1 pixel crop and 360 - 1 deg edit capabilities - functions are very important for my uses . . . I downloaded several Photo Shop Apps and was very disappointed not to find better crop and rotation applications . . . sort of shocked in fact . . . I think it is best to start out simple and functional in designs and add the bling later . . . on a separate option entirely . . .

Due to the fact that my install discs were unusable without a functioning CD - DVD Player, along with the fact that my product key is missing information (worn away by years of use and cleaning) I had a Level 2 Technician at Microsoft Technical Support help create a flash drive to reinstall Windows 7 but all of the additional Gateway apps that came with my PC have to be replaced (if available) one at a time along with all the other stuff I added . . .

The Microsoft technicians and I tried for a solid week to determine what program created Microsoft Picture Manager without a clue . . . 

Tonight I started searching the net and after trying to download Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 or 2010 version from Microsoft Downloads I found out my new Product Key is only good for the Windows 7 Ultimate reinstall program . . . In frustration and not wanting to wait until level 2 support opened tomorrow morning I kept on searching . . . 

I am a retired tool and die maker - machinist but still find the need to keep busy, so I, being part Native American, carry on the tradition of making tools out of stone . . . Knives, arrow points, some little hearts and crosses . . . it is called flint knapping . . .  after the hard part is finished Picture Manager and a little Paint Shop is all I need to help me sell my artwork . . .

I just purchased Office 2016 and Picture Manager is not included.  I was told that there are tools available to work with your photos included in the package, just double click the picture.  Really?  A far cry from the tools I used in Manager.  I feel gipped.  I didn't imagine it had been dropped.
